I’m very disappointed with my experience with this orthodontic office. My son is receiving braces treatment, and I am paying the bills. I asked the office to submit the charges to my dental insurance, but I was told that they could not do that. I’m concerned because I believe my insurance may provide coverage for his orthodontic treatment, and I expected the office to properly submit the claims so my insurance company could determine what is covered. Instead, I have been left responsible for the bills without a clear explanation of why the insurance cannot be billed. I would appreciate more transparency and better communication regarding insurance claims and billing. As a parent, I want to make sure my son receives good orthodontic care, but I also expect the financial and insurance side to be handled properly. I recommend that anyone considering treatment here ask detailed questions about insurance billing, claim submission, and payment responsibilities before starting treatment.

I had an excellent experience at Orthodontic Experts. The entire staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout the process. A special thank you to Lezly, who was outstanding and guided me every step of the way. She took the time to answer my questions, explain the process clearly, and made me feel comfortable and confident with my decision. After waiting more than 20 years to get braces, Lezly helped make it happen, and I couldn’t be more excited to begin this journey. I truly appreciate the exceptional customer service and support I received. I highly recommend this office to anyone considering orthodontic treatment and will definitely be referring family and friends in the future.

I was nervous for my appointment for my braces. This was something I’ve been putting off for a while but Lezly was so welcoming and walked me through everything I needed to know. I appreciate her help! I definitely recommend!

I love the turn around time. My son has state insurance and I thought it would take months to get him approved, it only took a couple of days. Everyone was so nice and education was great! Lezly was great also
